- At closing: items on the Walk Thru List (view sample) were noted before closing during the time of walk through and will be completed within 30-90 days.
- During the 90 days from date of closing: report any warrantable items on Request for Service Form.
- After the initial 90 days but before two years following closing: report warrantable items (electrical systems, plumbing, heating and air conditioning) on the Emergency Warranty Service Form
- After two years from closing: any additional problems are covered by the 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty.

Builder warrants for one year that your home will be free from defects in materials and workmanship as defined in the Home Buyers Warranty (HBW) booklet.
Builder warrants for two years that your home will be free from defects in electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems to the extent stated in the HBW booklet.

- No-shows from homeowners for scheduled appointments will be considered completed unless we are notified at least an hour before the appointment.
- No response from the homeowner after several attempts of trying to contact them will result in the list of items or work order considered complete.
- Warranty list will be completed in a timely manner.
